I'm a technical documentation expert and content strategist with over 20 years of experience helping users make sense of complex systems. Throughout my career, I’ve developed and led documentation strategies for cloud platforms, on-premise software, SaaS products, and APIs—delivering content that’s accurate, accessible, and tailored to real-world use.

Currently, I lead documentation for cloud infrastructure at SiriusXM, where I own the end-to-end strategy and execution of platform docs. My work spans everything from standardizing developer onboarding workflows to building style guides and automation tools that scale across teams. My focus is always on improving user experience—whether that means clearer documentation, stronger templates, or reducing friction in the content development process.

Previously at Amazon Web Services, I created global documentation strategies for over 200 AWS services, led a multi-service initiative to overhaul security guidance, and implemented a first-time setup learning path used across teams. My efforts helped improve documentation usability, enforce content standards, and increase customer satisfaction scores through user feedback and analytics.

Over the years, I've held multiple leadership roles—not just as a writer, but as a project manager and team mentor—coordinating product releases, managing teams, and helping drive documentation innovation through automation, structured authoring, and docs-as-code methodologies.

My approach to documentation is user-centered, data-informed, and grounded in a strong belief that good content is a critical part of the product. Whether you’re a developer looking for code examples or a new user just getting started, my goal is for documentation to just work!

Outside of work, I enjoy boating, hiking, spending time at the beach, hitting the slopes in the winter months, and just about any other outdoor adventure. When I'm not writing, you might find me volunteering with youth athletics, spending time with family, exploring downtown areas, or trying out new restaurants.
