I'm a technical documentation expert and content strategist with over 20 years of experience helping users make sense of complex systems. Throughout my career, I’ve developed and led documentation strategies for cloud platforms, on-premise software, SaaS products, and APIs—delivering content that’s accurate, accessible, and tailored to real-world use.

At SiriusXM, I own the end-to-end strategy and execution of platform documentation. My work spans everything from standardizing developer onboarding workflows to building style guides and automation tools that scale across teams. My focus is on improving the user experience with higher quality, more usable documentation and improving the developer experience by implementing standards, creating reusable templates, developing easier-to-use authoring tools, and streamlining the review process.

Previously at Amazon Web Services, I created global documentation strategies for over 200 AWS services, led a multi-service initiative to overhaul security guidance, and implemented a first-time setup learning path used across teams. My efforts helped improve documentation usability, enforce content standards, and increase customer satisfaction scores through user feedback and analytics.

Over the years, I've held multiple leadership roles—not just as a writer, but as a project manager and team mentor—coordinating product releases, managing teams, and helping drive documentation innovation through automation, structured authoring, and docs-as-code methodologies.

Outside of work, I enjoy many outdoor activities like boating, hiking, skiing, camping, and beach time. I'm an avid reader, a collector of interesting facts, and if I'm not writing, you might find me volunteering with youth athletics, spending time with family, exploring new cities, or trying out new restaurants.
